Our work paves the way for the exploitation of the low-energy type-II Dirac fermions in NiTe 2 in the fields of spintronics, infrared plasmonics, and ultrafast optoelectronics. 網頁2024年4月9日 · Topological surface states found in bulk topological insulators (6−11) eliminates backscattering due to the spin-momentum locking, which is originated from the chiral linear energy dispersion as protected by the time-reversal or lattice symmetries.
