WebA PCC is made up of all licensed clergy, readers (see*below) and lay workers in the parish, benefice or team; the churchwardens; any lay representatives on Deanery Synod, Diocesan Synod or General Synod who are on the electoral roll of the parish; and a number of elected lay representatives whose names must appear on the electoral roll WebLeadership course. For Clergy, Retired Clergy, Readers, Authorised Lay Ministers, Churchwardens & Parish Safeguarding Officers. The course will be delivered virtually, comprising two sessions of an hour and a half over Zoom, plus some preliminary reflections and a completion task.
