In LTSpice, I chose op-amp rail voltages of +/- 15V. I'd like the non-inverting input signal to the op-amp to be the voltage of 1 cycle of a 10Vpp, 1KHz sine wave across a 3k-ohm resistor. The model was apparently done so you'll see the worst case behavior over temperature. To avoid any confusion, you don't really "rename" it. Change the "opamp2" attribute value to the name contained in the LM741 .lib file that identifies the LM741 subcircuit.
