WebI just got an offer from Kimley Horn as a civil EIT. It is a very good offer, with decent PTO (120-138 hours) and good benefits. I also see they are growing and were on fortune's top 100 companies to work for (number 16 I believe) . Beyond the money the people that interviewed me were awesome and super organic as my conversations were very human. WebKimley-Horn does not do that. If you work 50 hours on a project one week, put 50 hours on your timesheet, why should we devalue our own time. The reason why Kimley-Horn pays out such great bonuses is because we capture the time that we actually work. Financially, Kimley-Horn is insane.
