I knew a mission (death match) that had like 7 or 8 of them in the airport that you could get into and ride and with a glitch you could get in the back of the cargo plane. Cant remember what the missions called though.
WebPlane missions are doable solo, but I'd always recommend having a competent associate in an armed plane to back you up. Basically, the trick is to hop in the delivery plane to see the drop points and then visit the points in a buzzard. Kill the hostiles and then go back to get your plane...they shouldn't spawn again. 2.
