WebJan 8, 2015 · This doesn't appear to be a problem (some consider it better because if it leaks into the engine it won't do any damage) however you shouldn't mix the two types as they can froth. That is the PTO handle. Pull it up and there is a notch to lock it in the neutral postion so you can put the PTO lever in 540 or 1000.
