Anything that requires FNIS will probably work with Nemesis since, again, it's the same thing. To answer your actual question, yes, you can run both, but don't. If you don't have anything that truly requires FNIS though (Nemesis is compatible with nearly everything FNIS is), then you might as well just get rid of FNIS and go with Nemesis. There really isn't anything to a Nemesis install.
